When we started our affordable Chapter 7 Bankruptcy program several years ago, many of the attorneys I know asked why we dropped our fees so much. There are several answers to this question. First of all, I would like to think we had become more efficient than our competitors. We created a dedicated staff of bankruptcy attorneys and bankruptcy paralegals. They really know their area of the law. Second, we used computer programming to streamline the process. Third, we felt that if you had a lot of money to hire an attorney, you probably would not be filing bankruptcy.  Charging a fair price just seemed like the right thing to do. And finally, we want you to remember us in the future.  If you remember that we treated you fair, did good work, and got the results you wanted, then hopefully you will come back for other work in the future. If you come back with something else that we do, we will gladly represent you again. And if it is something we do not do, we will help you with a referral to than attorney that you can trust.
